How does it work?

1. Print the guide , making sure it is to scale (check the 5cm ruler).
2. Place your heel against the dotted line.
3. Mark the end of your longest foot with a pencil.
4. Read the corresponding size. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one!

Some additional tips:

• Measure both of your feet, as they may not be exactly the same size.
• Wear the socks you would normally wear with your safety shoes when measuring.
• Consider the space needed for your toes. It is recommended to leave a space of about 1 cm between your longest toe and the end of the shoe.
